Conditions of Agreement: By signing above, I certify that I am a natural born female and a US citizen, I have never posed nude for any pictures including selfies and that I am of exemplary character. I understand that all monies paid to American Women of Service are non-refundable, and returned checks will incur a fee of $40. I agree to accept the terms as explained in this manual and understand the policies set forth. Delegates and their families hereby release and forever discharge American Women of Service, its directors, employees, volunteers and staff from any and all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury resulting from participation in American Women of Service Pageant. All delegates and their families further covenant and agree not to sue the organization, its directors individually, its employees, volunteers or staff for any claim for damages or liability. I agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth by American Women of Service.I understand that withdrawal for any reason from the program will result in a $300 withdrawal fee, due immediately upon withdrawal. By signing below. I am certifying that I have read and agreed to all rules which, are published on the organization’s website and applications provided.
